SDG was retained by the City of Vaughan to implement and oversee the construction of four park improvement projects within the Beverly Glen and Thornhill areas as part of the strategic plan implementation replace aging infrastructure.

The scope of work in Bathurst Estates Park, Winding Lane Park, Jean Augustine Park, and Worth Park included: replacement of all junior and senior play equipment with new, accessible features (CSA and Annex H compliant), pathway improvements, signage, plantings, site furnishings, and restoration.

SDG successfully managed the construction, including tendering and full contract administration services for the parks.  All parks opened in summer 2024.
