Another project completed for the Molinaro Group, the Illumina condo serves as one of Burlington’s newest condo buildings along the lakeshore, and boasts views that stretch across Lake Ontario.

Following the construction of the Brock 1 Condo, Illumina is the sister building, secondly named ‘Brock 2’. A large rooftop amenity space allows for outdoor cooking, entertainment and relaxation for building residents. On the ground floor, space is allocated to large planters to soften the curb appeal and create an inviting atmosphere. As this project has recently completed construction, new images are imminent.
