Lindsey is a recent graduate of the University of Guelph’s Bachelor of Landscape Architecture program and is an OALA Associate Member currently working toward full professional membership. Along with her degree, Lindsey also earned a Certificate in Environmental Conservation, which has given her the opportunity to deepen her understanding of issues surrounding environmental protection, conservation and preservation. In her final year of university she received the Andre Schwabenbauer Scholarship from the Landscape Architecture Canada Foundation, the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects Scholarship from the Ontario Agricultural College at the University of Guelph, and the Student Award of Merit from the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects.
Lindsey has also cultivated a diverse professional skill set, with experience in both small design firms and large municipalities. This background has given her opportunities to practice hand drafting and detailed hand graphics, as well as construction documentation preparation and contract administration. She is passionate about socially and ecologically responsible design, and is excited to be part of the Seferian Design team.
