Haig Seferian to lead Design Workshop at the 2020 Western Nursery & Landscape Association Trade Show

The Western Nursery and Landscape Association (WNLA) is thrilled to announce the following ticketed events at the 2020 Western in Kansas City January 15, 16, and 17! Tickets for these events MUST be ordered in pre-registration and cannot be purchased onsite!
Wednesday Evening’s Welcome Reception will take place at Boulevard Brewing Co. and will include dinner from Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que. The 2020 Western Awards will be presented at this event and trolley transportation will be available to and from the hotel. Haig Seferian, Principal Landscape Architect and founder of Seferian Design Group, will be instructing Wednesday’s Design Workshop (ticketed event). As a recognized authority on the various aspects of the built landscape, Haig has endeavored to educate the public by creating content for and hosting TV shows such as “Green Force” and “Garden Architecture” on HGTV. Haig has also authored a book titled “Hardscaping”. With over three decades of industry experience, Haig is a well-known lecturer, author and television personality. In 2011 Haig was elevated to Fellow status within the American Society of Landscape Architects (FASLA). Sue Markgraf will be presenting “The Brand that is YOU: How to Own It, Work It, Live It!” at the Women in Horticulture Breakfast Friday Morning (ticketed event). Sue Markgraf is the Founder and President of GreenMark Public Relations, Inc. In her talk, Sue will address how to articulate your strengths, values, and talents and apply them to your work every day. Join us for a high-energy breakfast, followed by action-packed round-table discussion, as we explore personal branding and how owning, working and living yours can help you make your green mark.
